Cashback is held for 30 days after delivery, in case you need to return something. You can see it on your account the whole time.
3. Spend it
Once it is ready, it is yours to spend on anything in the shop.

Ways to earn

Cashback comes from what you spend. These are the ones you can collect without buying anything, and they start the moment you have an account.

Added once, as soon as you have signed up. It costs nothing to join and there is no subscription.
Your birthday · 20 points
Added each year once your date of birth is on your account. Add it now and it is waiting when the day comes.
Refer a friend · 20 points
Share your link. The points are added to your account when the friend you referred signs up.
Review with a photo · 20 points
For each review you leave with a photograph of the spice in your own kitchen. Reviews without a photo are always welcome, but only photo reviews earn.

Added once per social account you connect, so you hear about a new harvest when it lands rather than after it sells out.

Points are worth $0.01 each and you can spend them once you have 0 of them, which is $0. So these are a head start rather than money in hand on day one, and anything you are refunded as store credit sits alongside them and never expires.

You always get the best single price

If an item is on sale and also part of a subscription, you pay whichever is cheaper for you. Discounts are not added on top of one another, and the price you see on the item is the price you pay.

If you return something

That is what the 30-day hold is for. Cashback on a returned order is simply removed before it ever becomes spendable, so you are never asked to give anything back.
