Flavor Profile

Exceptionally high essential oil content dominated by linalool, giving a bright, sweet-citrusy, floral overture that cuts through heavy dishes.

Processing

Partial sun-drying directly near the harvest source to protect the volatile oils and lock in citrus top notes. Seeds are left whole, never pre-crushed or cracked, to keep the aromatic compounds sealed until use.
