Directions
Prepare the Kofta Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, add: Ground lamb, Grated onion, Chopped garlic, Fresh coriander leaves, Coriander powder, Salt, Cumin powder, 5Senses white pepper powder, Red chili powder, 5Senses black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until the spices and aromatics are evenly combined with the lamb. For the best texture, knead the mixture gently for a few minutes so it becomes slightly sticky and holds its shape well.Shape the Koftas
Take a small portion of the lamb mixture and shape it around a skewer, pressing gently to form an even kofta shape. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.Fry the koftas.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Carefully place the koftas into the pan and fry until they become light golden brown on all sides and fully cooked from the inside. Turn them gently while frying to ensure even cooking and to maintain their shape.
Once cooked, remove the koftas from the pan and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.Serve
Serve hot with parathas, spiced onions, and green chilies.
Enjoy these juicy, flavorful, and aromatic Middle Eastern lamb koftas fresh and hot.
