You can redeem your points by signing into your account and then A) going to the Royal Symphony Rewards Program and clicking "Redeem Points" and copy & paste the discount code at checkout, or B) at checkout select the reward from the dropdown options. 

There is a minimum spend in order to redeem points: 

- $50 minimum spend to redeem 100 points 

- $100 minimum spend to redeem 200 points 

- $150 minimum spend to redeem 300 points

Rewards codes expire 12 months after redemption.

Yes, points expire on a 12 month rolling basis. For example, if you earn 10 points in May 2025, they will be valid for redemption until May 2026. You can track your point history in your rewards account.

If you have entered your birthday on the Royal Symphony Rewards Program, you will automatically receive your points during your birthday month. Your birthday needs to be entered at least 30 days in advance in order to receive the points.

Once you create an account, you can log in and see any points earned on prior purchases tied to that email address.
